BEEF BRISKET ~
Our Brisket is smoked with mesquite wood for 12 to 18 hours. Notice the "smoke ring" on the slices. Beef brisket is served as a platter or on a bun with side dish. We also offer the Brisket "chopped".

 

 





ST. LOUIS PORK RIBS ~
Our Ribs are slow-cooked, (NEVER STEAMED OR BOILED!) with MESQUITE WOOD and MOPPED with a sauce just before they come off the pit. These ribs are served as a WHOLE RACK or 1/2 RACK with side dishes.

Our sandwiches featuring PULLED PORK and BRISKET Served on a hamburger bun with BBQ sauce and a side dish. Add our VINEGAR SAUCE and/or COLE SLAW to the Pork for that CAROLINA TASTE. Brisket served as "sliced or chopped".

Slow cooked to perfection where you actually "pull" the pork apart instead of cutting the pork. Tender and delicious! The best pulled pork this side of the Mason Dixon Line!
